Description
of music |
Organic, comes with all the blemishes ~ but it's like Fresh Up: it's gotta be good for you. GE free, yeah. That's my style. |
Who/What
have been your main musical influences ? |
My Brother. When I was young he alaways let me play anything in his CD collection. So I grew up singing along to Split Enz, Crowded House, Midnight Oil and The Police. When I learned to play the gat I played a lot of Bic Runga's stuff. |
Your
greatest musical moment? |
The Tsunami Relief concert in Wellington. MAn, that was a night to remember. When Trinity Roots played it was like a spiritual experience. Wow. |
Your
musical dream? |
Cruise around in a hippie van playing at random places. Actually I'd love to be in a band. And i'd love to get a CD together. Imagine little kids singing your tune as they skip along. |
Your
best recent listen? |
Hinemoana Baker at a recent KLMC night. Wicked.
|
Your
thoughts about the Kapiti Live Music Club? |
A supportive, friendly and happening place hwere you can be yourself. There's a good vibe and a relaxing atmosphere; fantastic for unwinging from the day's trials (maybe the wine helps with that too!). Great people, great music, and it's never the same. |
